Bird Creek Farm is a sustainable community agricultural resource for all Osage Nation citizens, youth, elders and future generations. By growing and providing fresh fruits and vegetables, they assist in the promotion of healthier lifestyles for the Osage people. In just a few years, over 3.5 tons of fresh fruits and vegetables have been donated to 27 different departments in the Osage Nation. Harvests are provided to Osage Nation programs such as the Elders Nutrition Program, Head State, Wah-zha-zhi Early Learning Academy (WELA), the Language Immersion School, Food Distribution, and cultural events.
